Theater Sound and Vision
Kona Home Theater is widely acclaimed for the performance and technology that we build into each theater that we create.
The keys to superior theater performance come down to many factors:
- The room size and shape
- The applied acoustic reinforcement materials
- The interior design
- Theater sound equipment selection, positioning and calibration
- The film screen selection and positioning
- The video projector quality and calibration
- The source components
- Automation and programming
- The wiring
Room design is of primary importance to a successful home theater
It is imperative that during any home project design phase the theater room acoustic applications are addressed and designed to perform within a reasonable acoustical standard. Kona Home Theater begins working with the project architects at the very early stages of design to ensure that the theater will have the basic building blocks of performance at the project onset.
Next comes the nuts and bolts. Along with client design discussions addressing the theaters aesthetics, we begin to formulate an audio and video plan. This plan has to meet many criteria which involves budgeting, space planning, client prioritizing, aesthetics, ease of operation, and equipment quality.
